The Libertarian Party of Michigan will be co-sponsoring a “Ranked Choice Bourbon Election” with Ranked MI Vote on Saturday, June 27th from 5:00 to 8:00 at Shankar Distillery at 1030 Chicago Rd in Troy, MI.
This event is the night before the Libertarian Party of Michigan nominating convention.
The purpose of this event would be to convene Libertarians from across the state to learn more about Ranked Choice Voting and connect between Libertarians and Ranked Choice Voting volunteers.
Flights of bourbon at Shankar Distillery consist of 5 different options. Voting between these 5 options is a fun way to demonstrate ranked voting. Other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available. There is no food, but there are many Door Dash options in the area.
“Rank MI Vote is eager to partner with Michigan Libertarians to advance structural reforms that will level the playing field for third party and independent candidates,” added Kyle R. Bailey, Strategic Advisor of Rank MI Vote.
